JELE Optical & Machine Electronics(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is an enterprise invested by JELE Electronics(Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.
JELE Electronics(Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. is specialized in electric and electronic components manufacturing. She has plants in Shanghai and Wenzhou , Zhejiang, and a sales company in Shenzhen. She has 25,000sqm of workshop, 500 employees, including 65 engineers and technicians.
JELE got ISO9002 Certificate in year 1998, ISO9002 in year 2000. She has her own Import-Export License, and is ranked as “AAA Class Creditable Emperies”(top class) by Agricultural Bank of China. She is titled as “Contract-Obeying & Creditable Enterprise” by Bureau of Industry & Trading, as “Advanced Tax-Paying Enterprise” by National Bureau of Duty Tax.
JELE devotes in innovation, pays attention to intellectual-asset protecting. She has her own brand and patents, and is a “Nation-Classed Torch Project Unit”(Torch Project is a technological project of China Government), is approved to be “Hi-New Technical Enterprise” by Zhejiang Government, and awarded by government for several times.
JELE Electronics Plant was established in year 1984, producing AV connectors, sockets, etc, for signal connecting of AV appliances. Jele Electronics has been keeping high speed rising on annual sales amount, and devoting in new products researching. She developed products with certain implement of technique, like Plastic Net-Cover for TV Set(National Patented, N awarded as “Good New Product” by Zhejiang Province), Air-Conditioner components, microphone, earphone, etc.
JELE Motor Plant was established in year 1997, producing motors for car -AV, CD-ROM, DVD, office appliance, winding，electronmagnetism winding,etc.,passed “Evaluation for New Products” held by Zhejiang Province, specifications of which matches standard of foreign manufacturers in the same industry. Now JELE produces 2 million micro-motors per month, 80% of which are exported. JELE is one of the leading micro-motor manufacturers in China, for quality and producing capability.
JELE Optic-Electronic Plant was established in year 2004, producing JL-IRM38 Ultra-Red Signal Receiver and APTX179 Fiber Socket, for AV Appliance Remote-Controlling and Hi-Frequency Optic-Signal Transferring.
JELE Hardware Plant was established in year 1993. She has capability in mold designing and manufacturing, mostly provides punched metal devices for JELE Group.
JELE Plastic Plant was established in year 1993. She has capability in mold designing and manufacturing, mostly producing accurate plastic parts for micro-motors and DVD mechanism.
JELE believes that quality is the base to get and keep clients. She imported key equipments for testing and manufacturing from companies like MARH Germany, Mitutoyo Japan，Nittoku Japan, K&S U.S., ASM Singapore, DSK Taiwan, etc.

JELE Shanghai mostly concentrates in researching, developing, manufacturing, selling automobile components, optic-electronic components, communication equipment,electric components, machinery, molds, accurate punched components, etc.
Area of JELE Shanghai is 20,000sqm, standard workshop 12,000sqm. She has a nice environment and a convenient location for communication.
JELE Shanghai has a group of hi-qualified employees in technical researching and administration, more than 50% of all her employees are graduated, many of them have designing, producing or administrating experience in state owned military suppliers, or in Japan/Taiwan invested enterprises.
JELE adapts software like Auto CAD, I-DEAS, Solidworks in product designing, and use specialized software Press CAD for mold designing, which greatly improves her level and efficiency in designing and manufacturing.
JELE has FB-118C wire bond machine from Japan for optic-electronic device manufacturing, AD805M-06 die bond machine from the Netherlands,
806die bond machine from ASM USA，full set of accurate machinery for mold making ---XX FA20SMwire-cut machine from Japan, accurate lathes, grinders, planers and milling machines, numerical control center etc. She has more than 50 punching machine, from 16 tons to 160 tons. JELE has also CX1 and MMQ10,XY3020. Efficient producing equipments and accurate testing instruments support efficiency of JELE and quality of her products. Many of her products are sold to developed countries in West Europe and North America.
JELE Shanghai has finished ISO9001 system for quality administration and ISO14001 system for environmental controlling then pass the checking of U.S.
